Lynn Godfriaux Maloy, MM, NCTM, received her music degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Her teachers include Dr. Digby Bell, Dr. Keith Wallingford, Dr. Alvin Chow, and Dr. Ed Gates. She studied keyboard pedagogy under Dr. Jane Magrath, Dr. E.L. Lancaster, and Dr. Gayle Kowalchyk. Despite her struggles with dyslexia, she performs regularly regionally and nationally and maintains a private studio in Colorado Springs. Her students have been accepted into university and conservatory music programs across the country and Canada. Former students have gone on to major in Piano Performance, Piano Pedagogy, Voice, and Music Education. Lynn is a nationally certified teacher of music through both the Music Teachers National Association and the Colorado State Music Teachers Association and is a member of the Pikes Peak Music Teachers Association, The American Music Society, and a charter member of the Colorado Springs Alumni Chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon. Lynn has been a presenter at numerous regional and national conferences and is an international resource on teaching students with reading issues in the music field. She has several articles published in Clavier Companion and CSMTA Notes and News. In 2010 she published The Well-Tempered Poet: 24 Pictures and Poems that describe life as a musician. In addition, Lynn is active in several wind and jazz ensembles and is accomplished on both french horn and trumpet.

Megan Pfeiffer Miller, soprano, is a voice teacher in Colorado Springs. She earned her BA in Music at The College of William and Mary and went on to Wichita State University for a MM in Vocal Performance. Before and after graduate school, she spent time living, studying, and performing in Florence, Italy and Stuttgart, Germany. In 2012, Megan was honored to participate in the selective NATS Intern program, spending ten days honing her teaching skills under the guidance of some of the best voice teachers in the country. She is fluent in German and Spanish, speaks French at an advanced level, and is conversant in Italian. Megan doesn’t shy away from non-Classical repertoire, but also teaches musical theatre, as well as folk music, gospel, and jazz. She has also played the cello since the age of seven and loves teaching beginning and intermediate cellists. Megan loves mentoring students of all ages as they blossom into captivating performers!
